On the 3rd and 4th of March, Caterways organised its 8th Staff Conference at KANIKA Elia’s Beach Hotel, Limassol.
The theme of the conference was Good to Great.
Staff teamed-up with their departments, with the main task being to explain how things can improve within the company, while also expressing their views on several other topics.
Mr. Antonis Konteatis, the Director of the company gave a speech about the company’s future plans.
Mr. Gregoris Neokleous, Human Resources Consultant, made a speech on personal development and team performance.
The talk of our Quality Consultant, Mr. Leontios Filotheou followed, highlighting the importance of consistent procedures and safety at work.
The seminar ended with the traditional cutting of the Vasilopita.
In the evening, there was a dinner dance with food, music and prizes.
